PRE ORDER YOUR COPY OF WIMPY KID 4

Is your child a Wimpy Kid fan??? Jeff Kinney's newest book is scheduled to be released in hardcover only on October 12th. Our Scholastic Book Fair is offering an exclusive paperback edition of Diary of a Wimpy Kid 4: Dog Days. Books will be available for purchase at our fair starting on Oct. 23rd, but if you pre-order the book now, you will be assured of a copy! Plus you will receive your copy before the fair actually starts. The books will be shipped to our school from the warehouse on October 12th. Pre-0rder forms are available in the school library and will be sent home with those students who are interested. Books must be pre-paid at $6.99 per copy. Checks may be made to St. Henry School. The list price for the hardcover copy in stores is $13.95, so you can save substantially by ordering through school. There will be limited copies available at the book fair so if you for sure want to buy it, it is best to pre-order. Books will sell out fast. I need all pre-orders by Oct. 5th so that I can call the order in. There will be lots of other great titles at the book fair too! See you there! Mrs. Bohman

Scholastic Book Fair

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming in October! Destination : Read!!!! Please check the homepage for our fair listed to the right of this blog under " websites". That link will take you directly to the homepage where you will find information about the upcoming fair. You can print out a wish list for your child and volunteer to help out during the week of the fair. I need all of the volunteers I can get. We will be setting up on Wednesday or Thursday the week of October 19th. The more help I have the faster the set up will be. I also need helpers to work during the fair, especially when the younger classes visit. The fair will be open during parent teacher conference night on October 23rd from 2:30- ???, provided I have a few parent volunteers to stay and help as I will not be able to stay late that evening. Of course I will also need volunteers to help pack the fair up on Friday October 30th. Working the fair will be great fun and you will get time to do your own shopping!!!! There are some great books on the fair this year!!
